channelcentral is delighted to announce the introduction of quarterly reports. Utilisation reporting is available in the application and by email.  

Reporting definitions

Company Breadth – the total number of unique companies generating quotations including the Host.

User Breadth – the total number of unique users generating quotations including the Host’s employees.

Quotes created – the total number of new quotations created.

Value of Quotes Created (USD) – the total value of new quotations created in US dollars.

Services Pitch Rate Average (%) – the number of Service SKUs quoted against a System Unit SKU on average, shown as a percentage.

Pitch Rate Average (Ratio) – the number of Options (Services, Hardware Options/Accessories, Software) quoted against a System Unit SKU on average, shown as a percentage.

Quotes created: user mix percentage – the split between Internal (Host employees) and External (Customers) based on the total number of new quotations created.  

 Regional variations

Reporting varies slightly for Latin American countries (LATAM) and non-LATAM countries in the following ways:

LATAM country reporting – is excluded pending work to reconcile numbers provided.

Non-LATAM (Rest of world) country reporting – is included as numbers are reconciled.
