Our iCreate Software hits the news again

Our iCreate Software is developed exclusively for Westcoast UK and is going from strength to strength. It’s latest release includes an exclusive customised-to-order (CTO) initiative for education-focused channel partners. The configuration tool enables resellers, or their end-user schools, colleges and universities, to design and build their own bespoke HP desktop PCs – and then receive delivery within 48 hours of their order!

The software can be integrated into the website or e-commerce platforms of Westcoast’s partners. Westcoast partners can rebrand the software to fit with their own colour-way and even add in their own services.

Paul Hamilton, Client Director at Westcoast said “It’s a comprehensive, versatile offering iCreate HPFEthat benefits partners, educators and learners.”

Initially, the CTO tool can be used to configure desktop PC systems but Westcoast and HP are planning to add laptops and other products in the short term. The latest release has been picked up by channel press and is set to be a highly utilised tool by Westcoast’s channel partners.

iCreate Help Me ChooseOur iCreate tool just got even better! The iCreate service is developed for Westcoast Distribution UK and is a Configure/ Price/ Quote tool for their HP Product Portfolio.

channelcentral have just released a new feature in the tool to help users create their perfect solution. The feature is called ‘Help Me Choose’. Once the user is logged into the tool they can select this new feature at any level from as early on as selecting the system type or product family through to individual models. Upon clicking ‘Help me Choose’ users will be presented with a number of criteria to select from. These options will act as a filter so that the user is then given the products that fit the criteria required. Not only will it significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to configure HP Solutions but it also enables less experienced sales staff to tackle complex customer requirements, freeing up your technical teams to support customers.

iCreate is a Configure/Price/Quote tool that channelcentral.net has developed exclusively for Westcoast Distribution UK. Its popularity has grown and grown and as a result, we are pleased to be introducing iCreate 2.0!

The tool is developed for Westcoast customers to configure HP products. The portfolio has recently been extended from just HP Workstations to now include Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets and Thin Clients. What’s more, the validation feature has been significantly developed to include alerts throughout a configuration – users are guided and given prompts to ensure compatibility.

On 25th March 2015 we will be waiting for the results to see if we win SaaS Solution of the year! Such an exciting time for the business and all our staff.

The entry to the Awards was based on one of our popular Configure/ Price/ Quote (CPQ) tools, iCreate.

Our iCreate tool was developed exclusively for Westcoast Distribution UK and has gone from strength to strength. It is a Solutions-led HP Workstation Configurator which contains pricing and quotation capabilities. It takes an intelligence-led selling approach for HP’s Workstation range, as well as some new additional product ranges. It helps Distributors and Resellers of HP to select their configured solution. iCreate is embedded within a Reseller’s eCommerce website for end users to access the tool, configure and place their order.
