HP iQuote Training/Awareness Sessions

HP is running HP iQuote Webinars every two weeks for EMEA Channel Partners. There are two different sessions: one is aimed for new users or channel businesses that haven’t seen HP iQuote, the other is a Master Class aimed at existing users or Product/Business/Marketing Managers who are seeking to maximise their opportunity.

When?
11AM CET every other Thursday.

Introduction to HP iQuote: covers the program objectives, how to generate a quote, benefits and how HP Channel Partners can access and deploy HP iQuote. Next session is 09 Feb 2012 and then it is repeated every 4 weeks.

HP iQuote Master Class: advanced quote functions are shown live (Options Search, Saved Quotes, Merged Quotes, Exports, HP Storage Pre-Configuration) and then a few slides on Reporting, Marketing, Customer Deployment options and Futures. Next session is 23 Feb 2012 and then it is repeated every 4 weeks.

There is a limit on the number of delegates so ensure that you let HP know that you are attending. The sessions are structured so that if you really only want training you can drop off the call after that section. The sessions will last between 35 and 50 minutes depending on the volume of Q&A.

Document Hosting in HP iQuote Case Study: UK ESSN Focus Pack

HP iQuote Management Users: do you want to host documents in HP iQuote? Using one of these frankly amazing online document readers it’s now easy to view documents in HP iQuote.

Case Study: HP ESSN UK “Focus Pack”
The UK ESSN Business Unit produces a PDF document that lists all the programs currently running to help HP Partners boost sales and win deals. That document is now available in HP iQuote within the Resources page. Use the Home Page Banner Advert to link to it:

Or just click on Resources on the top menu. You are then offered various documents (e.g. HP iQuote Training Guides) and the Focus Pack. It can be viewed in a window or full screen and has a very useful Document Search function (so if you are looking for Cash Back deals you find them quickly).

Of course only UK users can view this file and by definition that means that each Country can have localised content.

New to HP iQuote: Resources Page

New Resources Page helps users to locate information. HP iQuote Users will notice a link on the top menu called Resources:

So far we’ve loaded the Training PPTs using a great utility that allows the user to scroll through the slides. You’ll see Sales Training 1 for new starters (and new to HP iQuote) and Sales Training 2 that highlights some of the advanced features.

We’ll be adding more useful information to this HP iQuote Resources Page in the future. Suggestions welcome please use the Feedback Form within HP iQuote.

Note: we don’t show the Resources Page to users that come in via a Host’s Web Site.
