Thursday 2nd of June 2011 is the next HP Golden Ticket Day and there will be TWO Winners. The advanced notification is to provide time for our iQuote Distributors to communicate the Incentive to their iQuote Users but also their Reseller customers that use iQuote.
Same rules apply: earn a first HP Golden Ticket entry by Saving or Exporting a quote with 10 options/services. Earn a bonus HP Golden Ticket if you’ve quoted a HP UPS in any quote on the same day. Your HP Golden Tickets are entered into a draw at 10PM CET on the 2nd. Winners are contacted the next day. We’ve already had SIX Winners from the previous GT Days. Good luck !

Improved reporting from the iQuote Management Page live now. Download a report on demand that provide a Monthly view (current and historic). See graphic below.
The report includes unique Quote ID, Quote Name, Creator, Dates (started and edited), Status, Family Name (e.g. DL380 G7), Systems v Options (Pitch Rate) and Value. So it can be used for a variety of report requirements. Specific reports on certain option types (for example) are available on request.
If you run current month you get Month to Date. We’ll add a CSV export shortly although you can copy and paste it. Note: if you have iQuote integrated into your Web Store the report INCLUDES that activity. Distributors cannot view data from their Clones but Clones can view their own data.

Wednesday 26th of May we ran the third HP Golden Ticket Incentive for HP EMEA Partners this time with TWO possible winners. To enter an iQuote User had to save or export a quote with 10 or more Qualified Options or Services attached (pitched). An additional bonus entry was available for HP UPS quotes on the day. Lots of qualifying quotes and the winners were:

iQuote is not just for PCs and Servers. If you haven’t already used iQuote for HP StorageWorks please have a look. Many quotes already include StorageWorks products as options for Servers but there is an entire range of HP StorageWorks systems that can be quoted from iQuote.
Generally Distribution and Reseller Sales are more comfortable quoting HP ProLiant for example, however, iQuote makes quoting storage solutions from HP really easy. We are introducing a change to iQuote for HP StorageWorks that allows the user to stack multiple storage chassis into a single solution. It is incredibly easy to do and will allow a much higher percentage of configurations to be handled by iQuote.
Look out for more announcements around HP StorageWorks in H2 2011.

Tuesday 17th of May we ran the second HP Golden Ticket Incentive for HP EMEA Partners this time with THREE possible winners. Tuesday the 17th of May 2011 is the second iQuote HP Golden Ticket Day and there will be THREE Winners. Last week Daniel from Westcoast became the first iQuote User to win with a HP Golden Ticket. Tuesday 17th we go again but this time 3 HP Golden Tickets will be drawn at random.
Remember get your first entry by quoting more than 10 Qualified Options or Services with any HP ProLiant Server quote (Saved or Exported). Get a second (bonus) entry by quoting a HP UPS. The prize is either vouchers or products up to the value of €300 plus an iQuote Expert Coffee Mug.

Click on the Banner Adverts to access great educational collateral within iQuote. Many iQuote Users will have noticed Banner Advertisements in iQuote from the HP TS (Care Pack) team in EMEA (see image here). Click on them to get instant access to loads of sales information in PDF format. It explains customer requirements and how HP Care Packs can be combined to create compelling solutions for customers. So if you want to maximise each Sales Opportunity for HP Services everything you need is there.
To make it easier: when you click on an advert when quoting ProLiant Servers (most of them) iQuote will display recommended solutions and part numbers for that range.
