iQuote Management Portal Arrives
June 1, 2009Today has seen the launch of iQuote’s Management Portal. Available to nominated users it allows organisations to measure iQuote utilisation and self-manage users. The first release addresses the basic reporting requirements and it will be built up from this point. It covers key performance indicators such as:
- Volume of quotations created in total and by user.
- Attach rate measured in quantity of options per system unit in total and by user.
- Date last utilised by user.
For more detailed analysis a CSV download is available. This would allow a Product Manager to start to look at inventory against quotations for example. The arrival of the Management Portal is a major milestone for iQuote.
