February 9, 2009Charlie Hoult recommended a great book for anyone working in Technology Marketing. I’m sure everyone had heard of it bar me: Crossing the Chasm by Geoffrey A. Moore. I’m most of the way through it and Charlie was right – good book and I needed it. Why don’t people tell you this stuff earlier?
One of the reasons I blogged about Customer References earlier was the whole section on selling to Pragmatists in the book. I try to judge where the product or service is versus the technology lifecycle for every technology piece I write now.
