Following on from the LinkedIn threads I decided to ask a contentious question on LinkedIn: is the term “White Paper” still fashionable? Blimey anyone would have thought that I’d put a firework up a cat’s behind or done a phone out campaign in the style of Ross/Brand (UK readers only). I didn’t actually have a view one way or the other.

One suggestion from a US Marketeer was to just refresh the format: landscape not portrait, add some graphics and use Adobe PDF (isn’t PrimoPDF just the best thing?) as the delivery mechanism. Call it an eBook and customers love it.

I may be easy to please but I really like this idea. Thank you Julie.
